2/18/2012-The City of Trinidad has begun reconstruction of their grandstands. There was major earthquake damage in the Fall of 2011. The Ballpark will be ready for opening day with a complete structural overhaul brick wall and improvements to seating areas. The Triggers host Santa Fe on May 8th at 7:00 PM for the opening game of the 2012 Pecos League Season. City Manager Ed gil De Rubio is in charge of the project and says everything is on course for opening day. TSJC and Trinidad High School are currently playing and practicing on the field.
